Digital Delivery Policy
At this time, StorySound Adventures primarily sells digital products. No physical items are shipped for digital product purchases.
After purchase, customers will receive access to their digital files by email. Digital products may include eBook PDFs, printable worksheet files, audio ZIP files, Digital Access Guide PDFs, and links to audio or video learning materials.
Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct. Download emails may sometimes be filtered into the spam or junk folder, so please check those folders if you do not see your email shortly after purchase.
No Shipping Required for Digital Products
Because our current products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping fees, shipping labels, or physical delivery times for digital product purchases.
You will not receive a physical package in the mail when purchasing a digital theme pack.
Digital File Access
Your download email should include access to the digital files included with your purchase. Depending on the product, this may include:
• Theme eBook PDF
• Printable worksheet files
• Audio ZIP file
• Digital Access Guide PDF
The Digital Access Guide may also include links to audio or video learning materials.

Future Physical Products
StorySound Adventures may offer physical products in the future, such as cards, printed materials, or game-based kits. If physical products become available, shipping fees, delivery times, and return conditions for those items will be provided separately.
We will do our best to help you access the correct digital files as soon as possible.
