Return and Refund Policy

At this time, StorySound Adventures primarily sells digital products. No physical items are shipped for digital product purchases.

Because our products include instant access to downloadable digital files, including eBook PDFs, worksheet files, audio files, and digital access guides, all sales are generally final once the files have been delivered or downloaded.

We do not usually offer refunds for digital products for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Accidental purchases after files have been delivered
• Failure to read the product description before purchase
• Issues caused by a customer’s device, internet connection, or software limitations

However, we want every customer to receive what they purchased. Please contact us if:

• You did not receive your download email
• A download link does not work
• A file is missing or damaged
• You purchased the same product twice by mistake
• You received the wrong digital product

If there is a technical problem with your digital order, we will first try to help you access the correct files. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may offer a replacement file, store credit, or a refund at our discretion.

If StorySound Adventures offers physical products in the future, return and refund terms for those physical products may be added or updated separately.
